Who provides the warranty

FullSpecDiesel does not provide an additional written product warranty unless expressly stated. Any available warranty is provided under the terms of the manufacturer, supplier, or other named warrantor.

FullSpecDiesel will help you submit a warranty claim. The manufacturer, supplier, or other named warrantor makes the final warranty decision.

What FullSpecDiesel does not cover

  • Warranty labor
  • Diagnostics
  • Product removal
  • Product installation
  • Towing
  • Vehicle downtime
  • Lost income
  • Related-component damage
  • Shipping, unless the warrantor's terms require it or FullSpecDiesel separately approves it

Warranty information on product pages

Product pages show the warranty provider, warranty duration, and main exclusions. When details are not yet verified, the product shows Warranty Information Pending rather than a warranty claim.

When a product has a written warranty, the complete written terms are available before purchase through the warranty panel, a warranty document, or the warrantor's published terms.

A warranty snapshot is saved with every order item.

Starting a warranty claim

A claim may require proof of purchase, installation date, installer information, mileage, photos, videos, tuning information, and maintenance records.
