Most products ship directly from suppliers.

Products in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Shipping is calculated separately for each supplier and combined into your checkout summary. We use actual supplier shipping charges.

The supplier offer is the source of truth for shipping on every product. There is no site-wide free-shipping threshold. Each product and each supplier shipment shows one of the following statuses before you pay:

• Free shipping — the supplier covers shipping for that product; no shipping charge is added for that shipment.
• Shipping calculated at checkout — the parcel charge is calculated from your shipping address at checkout.
• Freight calculated at checkout — the item ships by LTL freight and the freight charge, including any liftgate or residential surcharge, is calculated at checkout.
• Freight quote required — the shipment must be quoted manually by the supplier. Payment is not captured until you approve the quoted amount.
• Flat-rate shipping — a fixed shipping charge published by the supplier applies to that shipment.

When one shipment contains products with different statuses, the most restrictive status applies to that supplier shipment.

A freight quote is not an order confirmation. Freight-quote shipments do not ship, and payment is not captured, until the quoted amount is approved.

Your cart and checkout show the product processing estimate, carrier estimate, shipping method, supplier shipment grouping, freight status, signature requirement, and estimated delivery when available.

An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders valued at $5,000 or more require signature delivery. An administrator may override this when the carrier does not support the requested service.

Freight checkout offers an adult-signature requirement and a commercial-address option.

Inspect freight packaging and the product as soon as possible. Photograph visible damage and retain all packaging.

Freight damage must be reported within 72 hours after delivery.

We can correct a shipping address only before the supplier order has been submitted, before the supplier confirms the order, and before payment is captured.

Shipping-address changes are not guaranteed after an order is accepted or submitted for fulfillment.

We do not change a shipping address automatically after shipment. You may ship to an address different from your billing address; high-value orders in that situation receive additional fraud review.
