Backorder and Made-to-Order Policy

Backorders are available only on products specifically approved for backordering. Preorders are not offered at launch.

• Payment is not captured until the supplier confirms the item is available
• The estimated availability date is shown before purchase
• FullSpecDiesel may update the estimate
• You receive a delay notification when the promised shipping date changes
• You receive a continue-or-cancel option where required by law

A backordered order is never silently extended indefinitely.

If you cancel before the product is available and before payment capture, we void any authorization and do not charge a cancellation fee.

Made-to-order products are generally noncancelable after payment and production confirmation, nonreturnable, and subject to supplier lead times and product-specific cancellation rules.

A separate acknowledgment is required at checkout:

This product is made to order. Once production has been confirmed and payment has been captured, the order cannot be canceled or returned except where required by law or when the product arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective under the applicable process.

• Refundable before the supplier confirms production has begun
• Nonrefundable after production begins, when clearly disclosed and legally permitted
• Fully refundable if the supplier cannot fulfill the order

We never label a deposit nonrefundable without showing that rule before payment.
