Made for a bolt-on installation, XDP's Xtra Cool Direct-Fit Radiators feature multiple upgrades for added strength over your OEM unit. Manufactured using special techniques from the HD and Semi industry, the Xtra Cool Radiators are built to a higher standard and provide you with added protection and reliability. The XD291 is the main radiator located on the engine side of the core support for your primary cooling system. The primary system cools your engine and engine oil cooler. High Efficiency CoreXDP's Xtra Cool Radiators are built with High-Efficiency Cores. The upgraded core has more fins per inch with heavy-duty tubes to maximize cooling efficiency in your truck. Built with special brazing techniques, the Xtra Cool Radiators feature internally reinforced end tubes and construction techniques to provide additional strength at the outside corners where the core is most vulnerable. Special Gasket DesignTo allow for expansion, contraction, and to handle the flex in the front end of your truck Xtra Cool Radiators are built with a proprietary rubber gasket to increase durability and eliminate failure points found in the OE design.Revised End TanksRevised Tanks add strength to the Xtra Cool Radiator.
