Modifications and continuous heavy hauling add further strain to the flex plate which can result in heat spots from the torque converter. These heat cycles can cause these heat spots to crack and cause the center of the flex plate to tear away from the rest of the plate.This Tow Series Flex Plate is engineered to withstand the abuse of heavy towing and not break the bank. Not only is this flex plate ideal for towing, but the additional strength makes it well suited for competition, off-road, and other severe-duty conditions. The flywheel is manufactured from cold rolled steel and features a black e-coat finish that helps prevent corrosion. Being SFI 29.1 approved, this flywheel will be able to last for many years of competition and heavy-duty use.

HSP offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser on eligible HSP products. Underhood powder coating has separate two-year limited coverage. Non-HSP brands follow their own manufacturer warranties. Discontinued products and customer/installer damage are excluded.
