Each injector is constructed with durable materials to ensure you get a reliable replacement.After remanufacturing, each unit undergoes rigorous nozzle testing for flow and leakage to guarantee maximum performance and an OE-consistent balanced fuel delivery. These procedures performed during the remanufacturing processes result in a warranty rate of less than 0.2 percent. Each injector features a mil-spec coating for improved rust resistance and comes equipped with new O-rings, and a fuel injector hold down bolt. A new fuel injector line is also provided to reduce the risk of contamination from existing corrosion or debris that can cause damage to the new injector.
