With over 30 million fuel injectors on the road, you can be sure this component is constructed to meet or surpass the original manufacturers specifications to make sure you get a superior quality product.Each fuel injector has a re-honed injector body bore to restore original clearances. All new parts are used, and the spill flow has been reset to ensure correct pressure control with minimal losses. Each fuel injector nozzle is tested for leakage, needle lift, and flow while the actuators are certified to OE specification to ensure like-new performance. These extra steps performed during the remanufacturing processes result in a warranty rate of less than 0.2 percent.
