Each injector surpasses the engine manufacturer's most current design specifications. This result in fuel injectors that have less than 0.2 percent warranty rate. Once completely remanufactured, each fuel injector is tested for injection timing measurements, poppet seat leakage test, and shot-to-shot flow meters for best-in-class testing.
