It will break apart by bursting under the power of your engine when towing a heavy load or towing your camper up a steep grade in the middle of nowhere. The XDP HD Intercooler Pipe - Direct-Fit XD458 is the same design, fit, and size of the factory component, but constructed out of durable steel with reinforced silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps. As a result, you end up with a component that can withstand the heat, pressure, and output of your Powerstroke engine for years to come. This pipe includes the O-ring and has a factory-style connector that snaps right into the OEM location of your F-250/350/450/550.
