We start with the highest-quality wire we can find: tinned pure marine-grade oxygen-free copper . We also use pure zinc military-style terminals for excellent conductivity, long-term durability, and the ability to add as many accessories as you’d like.
This kit features a massive 2/0 starter supply cable and a 12 AWG starter solenoid wire . Every connection is finished with tinned copper lugs , adhesive-lined heat shrink , and protected with Techflex loom . We also include a fiberglass heat shield over the starter cable for even more protection. All wire covering is heat-, water-, and oil-resistant , and is guaranteed to never corrode.
We also upgrade all of the grounds. On the passenger side, the ground to the block is upgraded to 1/0 AWG , and the ground to the fender is upgraded to 4 AWG . On the driver side, we upgrade both the ground to the frame and the ground to the block to 1/0 AWG , while the fender ground is upgraded to 4 AWG .
We also upgrade the crossover cable to 1/0 AWG , and the power feed to the fuse box to 4 AWG .
