XDP has the Fleece FPE-SF-CUMM-2024-50 SureFlo Performance Sending Unit that will replace the bad sender in your 2020-2024 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Diesel. If you are running an aftermarket pump that is mounted outside the fuel tank, you may need to install a draw straw or drill your fuel tank to install a sump. Each of these can have some substantial drawbacks including the 1/4 tank issues that result in cavitation of the pump, which is when you draw air into the fuel system.The SureFlo performance-sending units are engineered to work with aftermarket lift pumps and mount directly into your factory-sending unit location. It features stock-style quick disconnects to adapt your stock fuel lines at the tank, giving you the cleanest installation available, and without the need for cutting or drilling of the tank. This unit works by drawing fuel from, and returning fuel to, the bucket assembly at the bottom of the unit. This ensures you are constantly drawing fuel into your pump and not drawing air into the fuel system as well as eliminating the dreaded 1/4 tank issues. The SureFlo bucket also features one-way check valves to allow fuel to easily flow in at lower levels.The SureFlo performance sending units are also a malfunctioning level sender or if you are simply looking to run your own custom fuel lines directly to the fuel tank.
