The Fleece FPE-HAR-FMC-CCH-1116 Charging Circuit Repair Harness for the 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke is a direct replacement solution that requires no cutting or splicing, addressing the common issue of an intermittent or continuously illuminated battery warning light on the dash. Engineered and manufactured in-house, we utilize fully automated wire cutting and terminal crimping to ensure the highest quality replacement parts, getting your truck back on the road efficiently. This harness fits Ford Super Duty models with the 6.7 Powerstroke engine. The factory charging circuit sense wires, which run from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to the alternator, are prone to damage due to their routing, exposure, and lack of protection. The original equipment (OE) harness is routed in a cumbersome and difficult-to-access location, making it challenging to diagnose and replace. These wires are routed through a plastic channel on the underside of the engine, with sections exposed to vibration, harsh weather, and environmental factors, leading to a reduced service life. The Fleece Performance Charging Circuit Harness is designed as a drop-in replacement for the failed factory harness, which causes an intermittent or illuminated charging circuit MIL on the dash. It installs directly in-line with factory connections, eliminating the need for cutting or splicing, and allows you to reroute the alternator connection along the top side of the engine, avoiding the vulnerable underside routing.

HSP offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser on eligible HSP products. Underhood powder coating has separate two-year limited coverage. Non-HSP brands follow their own manufacturer warranties. Discontinued products and customer/installer damage are excluded.
