DHD's manual tensioner package is a complete solution to eliminating belt slip and belt deflection under high rpm and high load. This two-piece kit eliminates the factory spring driven tensioner that comes on your truck and adds an addition pulley to the routing system to increase belt engagement. This kit is a must for dual fueler trucks or those exceeding 4000rpm.

HSP offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser on eligible HSP products. Underhood powder coating has separate two-year limited coverage. Non-HSP brands follow their own manufacturer warranties. Discontinued products and customer/installer damage are excluded.
