Each kit is constructed from 100% fine-strand, SAE-rated pure copper cable with a flexible J1127 jacket for excellent conductivity and long-term durability. Solid-copper terminals are secured using gas-tight electromechanical crimps rated for up to 700 pounds of pull force, then sealed with marine-grade heat shrink to help protect the connections against moisture and corrosion.
This vehicle-specific Big 7 system includes replacement cables, corrosion-resistant military-style battery terminals, a MEGA fuse and fuse holder, and protective heat shielding or wrapping where required. Every cable end is clearly labeled to simplify installation and help ensure each connection is routed correctly.
