If the product received does not match the product ordered, contact FullSpecDiesel before installation or modification. Keep the original packaging, labels, hardware, and shipping materials.
Report an Incorrect Item
A supplier sending the wrong item is handled as a shipping and fulfillment issue. FullSpecDiesel will work with the supplier to correct the order.
Report a Damaged Shipment
Report freight or carrier damage as soon as the shipment arrives and include photos of the product and the outer packaging.
Report a Missing Item
Orders can ship from multiple suppliers and arrive in separate shipments. Check your tracking before reporting a missing item.
